What a joke!!!! They run ads that you can talk to an attorney in minutes. I was heading to my attorney to fire him on 2 case and transfer them to someone else. My call was “screened an evaluated” by 4 different people. I still haven’t heard from an attorney. They are a joke. Just a Marketing company. If any real attorneys read this, please contact me as the last person I spoke to at this firm disconnected the call when I asked him if this phone call is being recorded and was told yes and said “good because I am recording it too”. Again, after almost 2 hours, and 5 people, he just hung up on me. Any real, local, reputable Philly attorneys please contact me. Southjerseyrealestate@***.com

Please Read: When they say for the people, they really mean For Morgan& Morgan. They will lie to your face, they will do the bare minimum for your case. When it is all said and done, they will get more money for your injury then you will. I was severely injured in a bicycle VS Van accident and I received $39,000 and Morgan & Morgan received $57,000. How is that even possible ? Except for around 2 hours of there lawyer doing actually work lol at a deposition Where I did all the talking, it was all done with emails. Never even went to court!! They are the biggest thief’s in Florida!

I don't think Morgan and Morgan did a very good job for the people that had a claim for Biomet metal on metal hips. I was only told the lawyers for the other side stated "He had the Judge on his side and we should settle for a much smaller settlement. They sent me a letter saying I should receive 168K but, later they sent another letter saying they could only get 40k. After everything was over I received 12K.

Good idea because they either won't take the case or ignore you and not return calls or work the case for you but expect payment for 0 work. Don't waste months on these lazy lawyers. They make a bunch of promises but they are not for the people they are all about their bank account only.

I Honestly think their is more to their service , they and other recruit cases by the Hundreds , you sign to fork over 33% in what ever happen in signing to a settlement , this 33% should be ilegal ,other state only settle for 12% ,something very deceitful is on in Florida with these Layers , people only sign for 12% to settle the case ,they want to fight 20% not 40% , or you will regret it , I promise you .

Morgan and Morgan's claim of for the people is a joke. They refused to help me based off of some very basic questions asked over the phone. Never got to see anyone in person to explain my case. There is no way they could determine a case from the few questions asked. All these big corporate companies are all the same. Your just a nobody if it's not a guaranteed million dollar case. Stop your false claim of for the people not the powerful.

The WORST choice

Hiring morgan and morgan is the absolute WORST mistake you can make after a car accident!! They do not care that you are the client that is helping get them paid, they dont care about providing quality customer service. They are absolute TRASH all the way around and in EVERY aspect!! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! ESPECIALLY NOT PETER GEE IN MEMPHIS TN!!!

Very Poor Performance

I was applying for social security disability and needed legal representation. So I chose Morgan and Morgan which was a major mistake. I had to wait almost 3 years to have my hearing before a judge. I filled out all the necessary paper work that was required and copies were sent to M&M so they were aware of all the documentation I've been sending to Social Security Admin. I needed paperwork from one of my doctors. The weekend before my hearing I received a call on Friday at 4:30 PM. from the paralegal that I need documents from my doctor. Consequently I had my hearing in front of the judge with missing paper work. M&M waited to the very last minute to let me know about missing paperwork. They had MONTHS to let me know. During the hearing my lawyer was reading about my case like this was the first time he saw this documentation. M&M was VERY unprepared for my case. Very POOR service, too many lawyers in the firm and not enough personal touch. Would never recommend them for anything.

My step mother was killed and M & M waited too late

My step mom was killed by a local hospital and it was clearly neglegence to the point a surgeon that found out she wasn't going to make it said it was negligence. We went to M & M, they went a whole year and sent us a letter saying they were dropping us...what ever you do dont use M & M and if they did you wrong, contact the state bar and file a complaint...you will see some action very quick...a bar complaint will stay with attorney for a long long time and can lead to dis-barment. Get name of attorney that is screwing you and fike complaint on them amd the company...even though im not sure they can do anything to the firm, file one any way

A spinal stimulator was placed March 24th of 2015 in their outpatient facility. They put me a wheelchair as I could not walk with the labor like pelvic pain. Called an ambulance and my blood pressure was 250/150. Spent 10 days in hospital for pain control. The surgeon, Dr. Donald Moyer was an hour and a half late and rushed though my surgery. HE RUINED MY LIFE, I AM BANKRUPT AND LOSING MY HOME. THEY DIDN’T CARE.. I LAUGH WHEN I HEAR “FOR THE PEOPLE”. What a joke. They want only the cases easy to prove and make millions if not billions off the suffering of others.

Bus hit me. This company is a joke.

2011 I was hit by a bus a week after i got out of hospital with a heart attack. I waited for over a yr with no word from this company. When i decided to call and see how things were going, they said i called to much and blocked me from asking any questions or getting answers. Finally i just fired them and went to another lawyer. That told me they messed my whole case up and it would be hard to fight to fix it. I ended up with 2100.00 for a numb hand twisted back pinched nerve went through therapy about a yr. And to this day i still have to go to chiropractic therapy. Sports therapy on popular level said i was fine just sore muscles, but everytime i went for treatment they lite me up in pain because of a pinched nerve in back and neck. Guess after all these yrs i still have sore muscles. Jokeass lawyers. I advice you to look elsewher for a lawyer.

Called this pathetic thing called law firm . My call was screened by it seemed like somebody in India at a call center . The call was in regards to disability. Ask me a bunch of questions and not one of them pertain to my injuries or ailments. Was told they could not represent me at this time. so fair warning to all you not waste your time calling them you are not going to be represented like their commercial say at all!!!!?!??

Gave information was told they couldn't help. Morgan and Morgan say they for the people bunch of lies if they have to do some research and might not get enough for a broken hand from a slip andd fall case. Wouldn't recommend this law firm for anyone.
