I would not even give them one star, they suck, bottom line, extremely difficult reaching the individual assigned to my case Estela Garcia, after four months they asked for documentation, I personally

Your company dropped the ball. I was injured by a slip & fall at Publix; there was ice on the floor by the soda station.

After 6 months, I was contacted to be told they would not represent my claim.

Terrible customer service. Stay away from Morgan & Morgan.

Nice customer service, except it took the 3rd customer service representative to finally inform me they don't take on these cases, (even though it is advertised on their website). Seems they want only easy settlement cases. I am about to lose my home due to environmental issues, regarding the redirecting of floodwater by the town, states and other parties, but I was informed they don't like to get involves in cases which involve government entities.

I would love to give you my experience with the customer service of Morgan & Morgan but I never got in contact with anybody every time I call they say they're not in at the time I left several messages and they've never gotten back to me all in all it's the same experience I've had all along for the last 3 years kept in the dark

Disrespectful! Bianca Manuella Yelled and raised her voice to me after 2 unsuccessful appts made by a Morgan Rep for Bianca and on 2 separate days she Never called as I waited 2 hours totaling by my phone then when I sent her an email after leaving 2 Direct messages on her VM to include leaving Laura Fox a VM on her cell phone and the. laura emails me that she Never received my VM and she has 90 Dam days to contact me! What kind of Crap is that to say to a new client and so I’m supposed to wait 90 days for a response from a Morgan & Morgan lawyer is Trifling to me to say the least and for Bianca retaliating by raising her voice at me made matters worse for your staff bc I refused ti be spoken to like that and I taped recorded the entire conversation and Fired Laura
