I have called several time about my robo call situation. After wasting even more time today giving the 3rd person I was switched over too, all the information, he says they cant help me, but if I continue to receive more calls, call them back.
I asked him 3 times, why am I going to call you back if you cannot take the case now? He repeated to same thing 2 times but then finally said I don't know why we cannot take it. The computer just tells me.
This company is the BIGGEST waste of time I have ever seen! I would NOT suggest wasting ANY time speaking with them.
