My two-year experience with Morgan & Morgan involved fracturing a bone in my foot. The attorney said we were going for $25,000; that sounded okay.

However, months passed and we were aiming for $20,000. More months passed and we were informed that we would have to go for $15,000 since my fracture was not deemed worth much. A deposition came around, lasting almost one hour, with two attorneys bombarding me with questions, trying to paint me as a liar. It was settled for $15,000.

You want to know how much I got from that $15,000? It was $5,233 and $29.19.

Do not hire this company! They hire low grade attorneys to handle most every case.

They took my case. Send out a person to take photos and interviews in regard to my slip and fall. About s month later asked if I would be willing to go to trail. I said yes.

Then after getting a PRP shot & letting know that it received my pain, they dropped my case. So I am left with medical bills. Horrible law firm. Hire a different law firm!!

Disappointed in the whole experience

These continue to be disappointing experiences. I was hurt in an accident two years ago.

Aside from the company taking a whopping 40% off the top before any expenses were paid, the one relief was that I would not have to come out of my pocket for anything. So, I certainly feel that I have paid for the law firm to represent me. Now, two years later, I am being contacted by a hospital for expenses I was told by my case manager were taken care of. I tried to reach the case manager to find out she no longer works there.

I was told by a law clerk who is taking over her cases that there is nothing they can do for me. I am on my own. Wow!

I paid you guys to represent me and now I have to do what, find another law firm to follow up on your case two years later? I would not recommend Morgan and Morgan at all.

After a slip and fall accident in a very well-known grocery store, I contacted Morgan & Morgan. Per their counsel, I declined the grocery store's offer.

Morgan & Morgan led me to believe that I had a case and they accepted it.

A year later, and after being passed around to various firms, I received an email telling me they were not accepting the case!! A total waste of my time, I totally regret trusting them.

Once we told him that the DoorDash company should have extra coverage for their drivers. Then Mike called and said we have a case; we can go for the 250,000 that Assurant covered me for, including medical.

That was who DoorDash used, so I am getting medical treatment and sending all particulars to lawyers. Well, over about a nine month period, I was covered by 90,000 and my lawyer and I agreed to lower it. Sometime during our depositions, I found out I was 15 percent at fault. I was not, and my lawyer Mike never fixed it.

Now, I have to stay covered with Geico because they blackballed me from going anywhere else. I have never been in an accident like this before, with all my pain and suffering and an incompetent lawyer.

Thumbs down, do not use Mike Vitoria. Unsure about the rest.

In a no-fault accident in November 2023, I made the mistake of hiring these individuals, which turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life. Yes, you can sign up using an app, but trying to actually speak to the lawyer handling your case proves to be difficult.

They sent me to a chiropractor/physical therapist when I should have been referred to an orthopedic surgeon due to severe herniated discs. They appeared unconcerned with the injuries I sustained, focusing more on what they could reach in my pocket and grab. Almost a year later, I had to visit the VA to have my pain managed. They didn't fight for me; instead, they just settled with the insurance company for $10,000, of which I received about $5,000.

My vehicle was totalled, resulting in $18,000 in damages. They left me to deal with the insurance company regarding my vehicle.

Run away, because they don't care. They are not for the people at all!

Did not care about me!

I was assaulted by a neighbor and received injuries. Including a permanent scar.

Accumulated medical bills, missed time at work, etc...

Morgan & Morgan took my case immediately. After about 1 year, and I am having to reach out to them. They found the neighbor had no home owner insurance so my case wasn't profitable for them so they said they could not help me.

They said I could actually owe the neighbor for me being assaulted!!!

Poor attorney firm, only thinking of filling their pockets, could care less about clients!! For the people my butt, for themselves!

After almost a year with my case, I received a very cold call from a lady. It was not even the person who was helping me with my case, saying they had closed my case.

The reason was: not enough proof. I am more than 100% sure they keep the money from the other party.

It was a terrible experience with the law firm Morgan and Morgan. They send a person whom you have never spoken with to tell you that your case is closed due to lack of evidence.

And I asked her, really? And the huge branch that fell on my car while I was driving? Thanks to that, I was almost three months without a car, and my knee, which got worse when I jumped out like crazy from the car without knowing what was happening! The police and the rescue had to carry me from the rescue car because I couldn't do it by myself.

This only means that these lawyers blatantly sell themselves and everyone wins except for the real victim.

Do not believe everything they say in their advertisements - they are all lies. What a shameful display by these lawyers.

Morgan and Morgan should be sued for FALSE ADVERTISING

I signed up for an injury case over a year and a half ago, only to find out I was getting the run-around. My attorney left the firm, I never spoke to the new attorney, and the case manager has basically told me that they have contracted my case out to a smaller firm who was supposed to be reaching out to me. She didn't have the access to the new firm to give to me. Then I'm told that maybe I can shop around for an attorney for my case, and the one referral she gave me won't take the case either.

So, last May I'm told it's in litigation and it should be settled soon. Now it's 'sorry, but you and your half a million in doctors and hospital bills are out of gas.'

I don't understand how a firm that prides themselves on being for the people can do something like this. I'm thinking I might come away with something for what I went through and replace the things that I lost, and it's all over in a lame, half-hearted explanation.

Mr. Morgan, you should be terribly ashamed of yourself because you obviously are not 'for the people.' Because of your firm's lack of everything, I'm now homeless, broke, and everything I owned is now the property of someone else!

Thanks for absolutely nothing!

I am having the same experience with Morgan & Morgan. They constantly lie and in my case waited almost a year to get the instore security video and I have had 4 diffrent attorneys and paralegal assistants that are incompetent and rude.

Emailed John Morgan and he doesn't respond. Morgan $ Morgan are a cesspool of attorney's fighting for that next multimillion dollar settlement, they don't care about anything except money. They have destroyed my case by asking beyond reason the amounts in their demand for settlement letters.

Now they want me to sign a release so that they will no longer be representing me and they will not provide a letter stating that they will not put a lien on any futher settlement that I attain myself or by retaining another law firm. Morgan $$ Morgan is as crooked as they come and as bad as insurance company's.

Bad experience

Morgan and Morgan have poor communication skills, which need improvement. The only reason I found out that my case was being settled was because I had to reach out to them, which is their job, not mine.

They don't return phone calls whatsoever. They reached a settlement without my knowledge, and I found out on my own without them contacting me as they should have.

Stationed at a light, bang! My new car was hit from behind.

We called Morgan and Morgan because they are reputed to be advocates for the little people. However, I received no communication from the paralegal assigned to my case; she was switched off from my case and then a new attorney and paralegal came on board, yet there was still no communication, no next steps outlined despite my many attempts to understand what would happen next since this was my first accident. I went to the doctor they suggested and underwent an MRI for my back. I became frustrated due to the lack of communication.

I wrote a review and only then was I finally contacted by the attorney, who asked for it to be taken down. I responded that I would do so once something was done. My response was not well-received and so I just received a letter stating that we were dropped and declined 13 months later, although we were the ones suffering from the pain. I think they didn't like the bad review, but I didn't like the way I had been mishandled.

I am the one who experienced the pain and still do. I am the one who was hit from behind while I was stationary, and yet they couldn't get it together to offer assistance on what to do next. So much for being for the people.

It is a great pitch line, but unfortunately, that's all it was in our case. I wish I would have gone with anyone else!

Had I Known the "For the people" law firm would have done this, I would have gone with another company. You are right!

My fault for thinking they would fight for the underdog against insurance companies.

My fault for hearing the story of injustice and thinking that it would not take 13 months of calls, appointments that were suggested and time invested would be the end result of dropping my child and myself. At the end of the day, if you know better, you do better, and I did not know better hence the beware post and review!

Their percentage

They never tell you what share they will take. In their "FAQ" section, they site a case which was VERY similar to mine except I did not have a concussion but, my other injury was much more severe.

In that case, which settled out of court, as did mine, but for 4 times the amount, their fee was 25%.

When my case settled, they took 40%. They charged for medical records, which I supplied much of, and had they communicated with me, I'd have sent them the rest.

To follow up on my previous review: The amount I received was $38,000 out of a $75000 settlement. They took $30000 and added in additional charges.

I had fallen at a grocery store, broke my arm in 3 places and broke my elbow. I have a 8 inch metal plate in my arm and 11 screws. It's been almost a year and I still can't lift anything over 5 pounds. It hurts every day and I may have to have another surgery to remove the metal plate l in a couple of months.

For this I got $38,000!!! BS. They don't care about you.

I guarantee "my attorney" had no idea as to the extent of my injury! He was busier with BIGGER clients!

Morgan and Morgan is terrible!

I was hit head on by a truck doing over 60 mph while sitting at a red light. Taken by ambulance to the hospital with serious injuries.

Hired Morgan and Morgan because I wanted an aggressive litigator. Huge mistake. The attorney assigned to my case knew nothing no follow up no communication by either phone, text, email, or post. Her supervisors never respond either.

Their app is a joke because they never check it and respond. They do not help with your property settlement. They talk to you like you are inept. I am still suffering with the results of these injuries and probably will for a long time.

They settled my case several months ago for $50k and told me they were going after my insurance company for another $50k. To date I have not received a penny And no one will respond to my calls, texts, emails. I did receive an email saying they were gonna keep $20,500 of the first settlement over a month ago. Sooo..

Where is my $29k?

Looks like Im gonna have to hire an attorney to sue my attorney! Their ads are a lie!

Terrible service

I hired Morgan & Morgan for a slip & fall. You know how John Morgan's infomercial says they have 800 lawyers, and quickly send someone to the scene to investigate?

Totally false, I had to go take all the pictures myself, and email them to my lawyer which was changed to a younger kid who didn't even show up to the deposition. After bouncing around like a hot potato they told me the reason was because the lawyer left the firm. On my second case they told me the same thing again. "We had to switch your lawyer because he's not with us anymore.

Never called me, and when I called to get an update about my case, they weren't even sure I was their client.

These people only came through to collect their money from my disability case.

Next time I'll hire a small firm that walks the walk. In my opinion Morgan & Morgan have lost their professionalism, and it's not worth it.

Answer to Mr. Moon lawyer on the case. He left me a phone message explaining his reasons for not returning my calls.

I posted a review last week explaining that I did not recommend this firm. My supposed lawyer left me a phone message explaining why he did not return my calls.

Well, it was a pretty lame excuse that he could only talk to my brother and not to me about his case. The case manager, whom I believe does the research and passes it on to Mr. Moon should have given him the Power of Attorney, which we delivered in person. I was the one who had to make decisions for my brother because he was incapable of doing so.
