Good evening, my name is Glenda Butchee.
My case manager is Dianna Portillo and Ellie Williams...

My case started 7/30/2025.
Dianna has ghosted me since I asked her and Ellie what I will receive out of the $30,000 settlement. Ellie and Dianna refuse to tell me or give any statement of my portion I get.
Dianna and Ellie did not have to go into court for a settlement, so I asked why they are taking 40%; they never responded back. Ellie sent me an email stating she got the therapy cut in half. So I said, send me a revised bill showing you got it cut in half.
Never responded back.
My daughter and I called Dianna 2 weeks in April to get an update, and I informed her that my daughter has the power to talk on my behalf because I am 78 years old and don't hear as well.
Dianna refused to call me back, will not tell me what I am supposed to receive out of my suit.
Morgan and Morgan have ghosted me, and I haven't heard from Dianna or Ellie.
I explained to Dianna that because of the terrible reviews received by the Better Business Bureau about Morgan and Morgan, I have no reason to trust... action speaks louder than words... the reviews I am reading are happening to me.
Please help.

I lost 2 good jobs, and it was not too comical!

The truck driver commercial insinuates they are bad drivers that cause accidents because they work hard to make a living! Wow! how sad that your company has to stoop so low in order to get attention on the TV.

I called you once about loosing feeling in my leg from a injection in my back. Blood clot started to form and had to have surgery!

Was told you would get back to me and never heard back! Could not even reach the person that a spoke to. These reviews also say a lot about your company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with other. They responded to my review asking me to contact them, I spoke to a client resolution person who was able to look up my case and provide information, he also took steps to regain my access to my case portal.

He also promised that someone from my case team would contact me a week went by without hearing from the team. I then received a follow-up text from the client resolution person asking if I had heard from the case team, I told him no and I thanked him for his part in making sure I regained access to my case portal. He said he would look further into my case and find out what was happening, a short time later I received a text stating that the case team that I was working with was no longer with the company and I was being assigned a new lead attorney and team. The next day I received a call from the new attorney providing me with a case update and what she was working on as it relates to my case.

I was very hesitant to report my concerns with this company for fear of retaliation because my case is still active and I thought if I complained it would adversely affect my case outcome.

Although I am not happy that I had to launch a complaint in order to get action, I do have to give the company credit for actively working to resolve my issues. Do not be afraid to stand up for your rights as a consumer no matter how big the company is.

I hired Morgan & Morgan for my auto accident case. Initially, they seemed professional and responsive.

However, after they received the settlement check in early April 2025, communication became difficult. They are now ignoring my calls and texts and removed my access to their portal. This has been frustrating and disappointing. Although my case is considered small in comparison, they definitely did not fight to get the best settlement; they took the easy way out and now they are basically ghosting me.

I expected better service and transparency.

I hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future. What may be insignificant to a large company like Morgan & Morgan can have a great impact on a family like mine.

Your recommendation is meaningless without any specifics. Extent of accident, medical and any financial bills that piled up and any other loss (off work etc.) and amount awarded in total before lawyer’s cut.

I was viciously attacked by a pit bull at a car dealership during business hours. and Morgan and Morgan accepted the case as youve heard no payment unless they win.

Well.. seems their success rate is due to the fact that they will drop your case if they either dont think they will win or if the payout wont be big enough for them.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the lack of communication, follow-up, and overall service I have received from Morgan and Morgan in relation to my case. My case manager, Darius Young, has shown a consistent pattern of unresponsiveness, which has caused considerable frustration and concern.

On 05/14/2025, I was contacted by Mr. Young, who requested my signature on a document pertaining to my case. I signed and returned the document the same day, as requested, believing that the matter would proceed promptly. However, since that time, I have been unable to receive any meaningful updates regarding my case.
Over the course of the next three weeks, I made more than five attempts to reach Mr.

Young via phone, leaving detailed voicemails each time. Additionally, I sent three emails, all of which requested a simple status update on my case. Despite my repeated efforts to follow up, I received no response, and my concerns went completely unaddressed.
On 06/03/2025, I finally reached Mr. Young.

During our conversation, I was informed that no follow-up had been made on my case, and that nothing had been done since I returned the signed documents on May 14. This lack of action was both disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering the trust I placed in your firm to handle my legal matters. I am extremely disappointed by this lack of professionalism and communication. As a client, I expect a basic level of responsiveness, especially when I have taken every initiative to stay in touch.

The failure to follow up on my case in a timely manner has caused unnecessary frustration, leaving me with serious concerns about the handling of my legal affairs.
I trust that Morgan and Morgan will take this matter seriously and work to resolve the issues Ive raised, including a formal acknowledgment of this complaint and an assurance that this issue will be addressed to prevent future instances of similar neglect. I look forward to an agreeable resolution.

I had an appointment for a deposition at Morgan and Morgan and was treated very poorly.

I went in for a deposition for a workman's comp case. I have a torn rotator cuff from a work-related injury.

The attorney who was handling my case was verbally terrible, telling me to 'just shut up when through answering yes or no.' He then went on to tell me he may be a little rude, and I replied, 'You are very rude.' He then said he could withdraw at any time; he had that right, and I told him, 'Please do just that; I did not want him representing me!' He tried to belittle me, bully me in conversation, and that is not okay with me. As I was leaving, the secretary asked me what was wrong.

I told her, and she said I was the second person this week that had problems with that attorney. Morgan and Morgan didn't get their reputation from attorneys such as this one because they wouldn't have any clients if so.

If you are paying ALL attorney fees, your request is valid. Otherwise, the potential payout for the firm is low (vs personal injury) in wc cases. You need to do what they tell you since they are gambling on getting paid.

Dropped the case because it wasn't worth enough money to them

Morgan and Morgan took my case, sent me to their Dr and to their therapist. Made all the decisions about my treatment and therapy.

This was back in Oct and November of 2024, never once talked to any attorney only case workers. Now in May of 2025, they tell me I have no case, as there was never an MRI test taken and my therapy should still be ongoing for a minimum of 10 months. They controlled all of those actions; they even made all the appointments and scheduled everything they said I needed. Now out of nowhere I do not have enough bills for a case.

So the pawn me off to a subcontractor who reviews the case and agrees. Morgan and Morgan was my attorney; they set the outline for me to follow and now I do not have a case because they dropped the ball? Face it they only want the big money cases. A nobody is still a nobody to them unless he brings in big money for them.

Do not waste your time if you are just a small-time case. Go find a real attorney who will work with you and talk you through your case.

Talk about false advertising, nobody is a nobody. Ha Ha ha ha ha

Morgan and Morgan law firm has been repeatedly turning down all my cases since February 2019 I have brought them 13 winnable lawsuits and they have repeatedly lied and misleading information and dropped one of my lawsuits after a year past by without any reason and then they claim that they didnt have enough lawyers to take on my cases and now I cant get any other law firm to take on my cases and I done had it with this law firm and I will be filing a lawsuit against Morgan and Morgan law firm for sanitation, misrepresentation, misleading, false advertisement, false information, and discriminating, and failed to represent me after reaching out to me repeatedly axing me do I still need help with the cases and when I called them about the cases, they keep telling me the same thing they dont have enough lawyers, and they dropped my slip and fall accident case that they took on and sent me a letter in the mail stating that they have to drop the case because they didnt have enough lawyers after a year later, so yes, I will be filing a lawsuit against Morgan & Morgan and we put a note to the Bar Association of Massachusetts and be compensated for the lawsuits that day supposed to have took it on that they advertise DEA for the people know Kays is too big or too small, false advertisement, misleading advertisement, and I want to be compensated for the slip and fall accident lawsuit that they dropped after a year later

They took my case. Send out a person to take photos and interviews in regard to my slip and fall. About s month later asked if I would be willing to go to trail. I said yes.

Then after getting a PRP shot & letting know that it received my pain, they dropped my case. So I am left with medical bills. Horrible law firm. Hire a different law firm!!

My two-year experience with Morgan & Morgan involved fracturing a bone in my foot. The attorney said we were going for $25,000; that sounded okay.

However, months passed and we were aiming for $20,000. More months passed and we were informed that we would have to go for $15,000 since my fracture was not deemed worth much. A deposition came around, lasting almost one hour, with two attorneys bombarding me with questions, trying to paint me as a liar. It was settled for $15,000.

You want to know how much I got from that $15,000? It was $5,233 and $29.19.

Lost my medical records.Getting close to filing case.FYI they never really want to contact or update you on anything.I was done with my medical procedures and they needed records.I dropped them off to nearest office.That was so they would get them sooner.No body had a clue where to find the paperwork that was dropped off to the receptionist.My case was just about to close and in order to drop my case this was the reason why.They gave my case to another lawyer I never heard of.They never called me with a reason.Monique Damus was overseeing all this originally.Tony Bennett was the attorney.No phone call at all from either one of them.Just let the other lawyer have case for 2 seconds so they can tell me after 6 months of contact with the others.That they cannot take my case like they literally just took the case and turned it down right than.Its like they researched everything last minute or did not get my medical files to research because they lost them.Than their de is ion was to drop my case instead of helping my case by telling me what they needed.It really is the most lazy law firm I have ever seen very unprofessional.They leave you feeling victimized or violated twice.

Yeah, unless it's a huge money making case.They just linger and waste people they call *** ons time.The little people.The Nobody's with no money to be made for their company.But can you blame them.Thats why they string them along for months.Thats MORGAN & MORGAN

In January of 2022, I fell on some discarded paving stones at an Airbnb property in Florida. My nose was broken, I had a concussion, and lacerated lips.

The Airbnb insurance was not forthcoming with payments for my medical bills. We called Airbnb and their insurance at least 3-4 times a week and had no success. We did not receive callbacks from them. This went on for almost a year.

Our Pennsylvania family lawyer said to call a Florida attorney and suggested Morgan and Morgan. Morgan and Morgan took my case. Attorney Marius Boeru clearly explained details to me. His staff was friendly and courteous.

They realized that I was not very computer savvy and worked with me. I received payment higher than I expected. Also, they took care of contacting the hospital, radiology service, and concussion therapy billing.

I did not have to do a thing. I apologize for taking so long with this recommendation.

User's recommendation: I am very pleased with Morgan And Morgan. One piece of advise is to be patient, as this is not an overnight process. I highly recommend this legal firm.

I have gotten nothing but lies & failures from Morgan & Morgan. Attorney "Noah" decided to trash can my very good case after making a contractual commitment.

After contracting to represent me they dropped my case just before the statute of limitations expired leaving me unable to get another attorney to continue it. The M & M attorney said it is difficult to prove.

There is/was much evidence supporting my case. Find a REAL attorney!
